Creating new mail & address book

Just bought new PC with Windows Vista and Windows Mail. Creating new email
msg takes at least 5 secs to get the create email diaglog box! Any insight to
why? Any config settings for this? Also when recall address book to add
names, address dialog box takes more than 5 secs!!
