Creating New Folder/Records in Business Contact Manager

Currently I have two groups: "my contacts" and "business contacts"...I cannot
create a new file under either and I am unable to create new sub folders...I
get a warning message about my "permissions"...that I must check with the
administrator to make changes. I am the administrator according to my
profile...is this a software error that you've heard of? Or is this a
different matter? Please help.

BCM does not support creating sub-folders.
