Creating new conditions to Rule Wizard

Is it possible to create new conditions for the Rule Wizard other than the one already defined in outlook?
I would like to create a conditions that will look at certain wording of the attachments. Is this possible?
Any input will be greatly appreciated..

Not unless you're a C++ or Delphi programmer fluent in Extended MAPI.
