Creating mailing list and labels

We have Office Professionals 2003 and want to create a
database of patient names and addresses. We also want to
make labels to send out for future mailings. Where do we
do this, in Microsoft Word, Access, or somewhere else?

Any of the above. I'd use them in Access, but just because I'm a lot
more familiar with it than with Word.

There's a Label Report Wizard which can print labels onto a variety of
standard label stock.
