Creating Mail labels from 2007 Outlook contact files

My contacts are in 3 separate files. When Word Chooses contacts from Outlook
contacts only 2 of the 3 contact folders are shown.

Why doesn't the 3 folder show up and how can this be rectified?
 
Most likely you haven't enabled that folder as an email address book.
