I created a feedback form for my site, I'd like to add a comfirmation page
and have the content from the form emailed to me. How can I accomplish these
tasks? Your help is appreciated!

Use the form handler built into frontpage. It allows the form data to be
emailed and also allows you to specify a custom confirmation page - look up
the help files.

Thanks! I've tried that before but it didn't work. when upload the files to
the server and tried to submit it, i got the 'page cannot be found' error
though the confirmation page is uploaded too.

How did you upload to the server, does the server have the FP extensions?

I uploaded using a program called WS_FTP and Yes, the server has FP
extensions. In fact, I can see the form but when I fill in and hit submit, it
says page cannot be found with my domain url like this for example
FPform.com/_derived/nortbots.htm.
I added the confirmation page following FP help files. I am using FP 2002.
Thanks in advance

In order for forms and other components to work that require the FP run-time extensions, the site
must be published to the server via FP's File Menu | Publish Web / Site to
http://www.yourdomainname.com

Most likely since you have used FTP, you have corrupted the extensions and they will need to be
re-installed by the web host, then you will need to do complete publish at least once before you can
use the Publish Change Pages Only option
