Windows Vista Creating Folder in registrykey in vista

Hi all,
I Create one setup from my development machhine that to create folder in registry key in windows vista, am trying to install that setup in vista that register key is not created and vista not permit me to create folder in registry and Returns error message as Access denied to create HKLocalmachine\Software\MyFolder, Even i logged as admin its not permit to install
In code i write only Creation of folder in registry only
If anyone know reply me additionally add any code....
