creating documentation ?

I have my .XML file, now what ?
I have tryed NDoc it bug.

how could I have a meaningful documentation ?
I have VS.NET but I'm not very proficient with it, is there a tool for that
?

any idea ? tip ? link ?
 
the xml IS very meaningful...
consult MSDN code center for a sample XSL to translator those xml data into
actual webpages

sorry, I didn't mean meaningful but human friendly.
I maintain, this XML doc IS NOT human friendly.

beside I search on MSDN & google for 'XML translator' and 'XML translator
C#' but I was unlucky, could you help me more and provide some links ?
