creating databases

When creating a database, I found the record I needed and
the related transaction. Excel keeps telling me that the
screen I created cannot be used to add a brand new member
to the database, but it can be used to add new expense
records for an existing member to the database. I can't
figure out why. Please explain!
 
It seems that you are using a custom solution that someone designed and
built for you. If so, you should check with the vendor. If I'm wrong,
maybe you can share where you got the database package. Maybe,
downloaded from somewhere?
