creating charts in access

I want to create a chart in access, but when i am trying
to create in design view based on a query, in the preview
its showing graph based on sample data.

First create the chart on a form.
Then run the form and view the chart. Make any changes needed.
Run the form again. When it's satisfactory, copy the chart
(OLEUnboundxxx) and then paste it into your report.
