Creating calendar item

Hello,

Is there a possibility to create Outlook calendar item without additionally
confirming just by executing a command with some parameters (start datetime,
finish datetime, title, place, message, etc.)??

I just found command "outlook.exe /c ipm.appointment" which calls new
meeting form, but this solution is bad for me because I cannot carry any
parameters and also I have to press button "Save & Close".

Any help (or just comments) are appreciated.
