Can I create a calendar template that all of my Exchange clients will have
and just upload it to the Exchange server? i.e. scheduled days off for my
company.

Couldn't you use a Public Folder Calendar? Many of my clients have these
for corporate events, marketing plans, leave etc. You can make a few and
give people limited access.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

Yes we have been using the public calendars but what I was wanting is to just
post one in all users calendar. Since we are a school entity we have days
that are set for breaks holidays and so on. Just wondering if it could be
done and if it could how.

Create the calendar in a public folder, then copy and paste the items into
the invidual calendars.

For almost 500 users? Seems like a awfull lot of work. Sounds like it
cannot be done with just one Exchange Calendar up date for all users. Thanks
for the time.

You could probably write a server-side script that would accomplish this.
