Hi, I am new to the acess programs. I need help to
create a blank order form with designated fields so that
I am able to print it and reuse it. My entire staff is
not on the computer so I would like a standard order form
that is in the same format as the computer so that when
my data entry employees are updating the system all the
info is the same. Please Help! I have tried to create
this form but it always attaches itself to previous
orders. Thanks
Abby

Hi, Abby.

Access doesn't provide a lot of flexibility in printing
forms, but I see the following options:

1. Move to a new record and print the form.
2. Create a report that mimics your form. Since you want
it blank, don't place any visible controls on it, just
labels.
3. Use your word processor; probably the easiest. The
format may differ slightly, but not enough to affect your
data input efficiency, I wouldn't think.

Hope that helps. Good luck.
