Question for you all W2oo experts,

I am currently runing a terminal server, DNS, Active
directory, DC on a single server...serving about 20
computers.

Next month I plan to separate the DC to another machine
and have the existing terminal server as it is.

The server would have ADS, DNS, DC and etc. How difficult
is it to do this? Where could i found out more about this
procedure? Look forward to any suggestion or feedback
from y'all...

thanks SK,

Search for information about running dcpromo on an existing 2000 server.
It's pretty straight-forward....

Thank you for the info Nb and Keith. Just another
question, would the performance be slower if users access
the terminal server and having to authenticate from the
new server (DC). As the previouse setup will be all on the
same server (ADS, DC, DNS, DHCP)

Unless you're running a *very* old network, with *very, very* old systems,
the performance hit will be negligible.
