Creating an SASE

I'm sending out queries to agents in hopes of getting one of them to agree
to represent my book.
They always ask for an SASE, and until now I've been printing my SASE with
just my own address on it, and leaving the 'return address' portion blank.

One agency, however, specified that the 'return address' must not be left
blank. It should contain the address of that agency. (I believe this is
because of heightened security since 9/11 and the anthrax scare. Incomplete
envelopes look suspicious.)

Anyway, I thought that would be a good idea for all my SASEs in general.
But trying to streamline the process by copy/pasting envelope addresses
using macros has turned into a living heck. They become phenomenally
unwieldy and cause lots of fatal errors.

Is there an easy or elegant way to reverse the 'to' and 'from' addresses
after I click the envelope button and both spaces get filled in from the
information in my document?

Thanks
Steve

Thank you, Suzanne.
Great idea. Worked like a charm.
Did you try manipulating the data in the envelope windows using a macro??
Hard, ain't it..... :-)
I couldn't even get a macro to do something as straightforward as click the
envelope button and add the envelope to the document. The envelope routines
handle data in a very peculiar way.

(Now I have an unrelated problem so I made a new post.)
