Creating an Appointment

I have been using Act and have reached a conclusion that Outlook can do the
job with the new Outlook2003 and Small Business Manager. The only feature
that I find annoying with Outlook is that there is no way other than type
the person's name in the subject to insert the name of who I am to meet.
The idea of an appointment is to meet someone or perform some interaction
with that person. Is there some add-in or VBA code that will insert the
contact name in the subject?

If you start from the Contact, then make a new appointment it will work
well.

Use the white window at top of screen to find the contact, then select
Actions, new meeting with contact.

Make sure you have the Advanced toolbars showing!!!

Another way is to drag and drop the contact to the Calendar. This will
start an appointment with them (now) - you need to change the date/time etc.

If there's an email from them and you want to make a meeting, you can also
drag the email to the calendar.

Basically drag and drop everywhere - and use your right mouse button!!!!!
