Creating ACT! histories with Outlook Emails

I am receiving a message that my outgoing emails cannot be added to histories in ACT! because I am using Word as the email editor. What other choices do I have in Outlook and how do I change to one of those other options. It is imperative that I can link my outgoing emails to the contact history in ACT!
 
You can switch to the regular Outlook editor on the Tools | Options | Mail Format dialog.
