I imported my ACT contact database to BCM. To create an account for my
contacts I have to retype all of the information on the new account page.
Why can I not just click on a contact that is already in my database and
retrieve the pertinant information from it. This is totally contrary to what
a computer is supposed to do which is save you time and effort so you can get
more work done. I am seriously considering going back to ACT.

Open a Business Contact, click on the Account button, then click on New when
the Account find dialog comes up. BCM will copy basic info into the account
record for you.
