Creating a video CDR

I am trying to create a video CDR using Windows
MovieMaker that will play in a DVD player that will
display MPEG. The only format available is HighMAT. My OS
is Windows XP---- what do I need to do to convert HighMAT
to MPEG? Is there additional software that I can either
purchase, or download to do this? I want to create a
Video CD for my Anniversary. Thank you.

Yes, you need a compatible format to play in a DVD player.
This place also have a list of players and what type of format they may
recognize.

You'll need other software until the new players come out early next year.
