I need to create a Port 9100 on my W2K Server. Can anyone
assist me?

Sorry, your description needs some enhancement.

Are you trying to connect to a print server using port 9100?
Or something different?

Please describe in detail!

9100 is the port commonly used by HP Jetdirect spec network
print servers. You already have port 9100 as part of the built
in TCP/IP protocol.

If you are trying to connect to a jet direct box
open the printers folder in control panel

add printer
<printer wizard opens>
click Next
select local printer and untick automatillay detect and install
etc .....
click Next

Click Create a new port
select
Standard TCP/IP port from the drop down
Click Next
<port wizard opens>
click next
add the ip address of your printer (the port name will self
populate )

click next

if you get a menu listing multi ports select the one your
printer uses on the network device ir parallel 1
click next
click Finish
