Creating a task from Sent Email

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone new how to create a task from
sent emails for follow up items. I would like to run a
rule or something thta allows you to create a task from an
email as opposed to using the flag follow up and which
allows me to view each one separately.

If you drag/drop it combines everything in the text. If
you move, it attaches all to one task.

Try dragging the email with the right mouse button onto the task icon on the outlook bar, you will then be given various options
