Creating a Table of Contents

What do you mean "table of contents"? You have a book in Microsoft Access?

What would the table list the contents of?

How do I create a Table of Contents in a MS Access Report?
 
The report currently generates Applications and the status of the application in the testing cycle. I would need the Table of Contents to list the Application and which page it would be located on.
