I DO LECTURES ON MEDICAL RESEARCH SUBJECTS. WHEN I CREATE A POWERPOINT
PRESENTATION WITH INFORMATION THAT WAS RESEARCHED, MANY TIMES I WILL BE ASKED
ABOUT REFERENCE MATERIALS ON THE SUBJECT MATTER ON THE SLIDE. IS IT POSSIBLE
TO CREATE A "SUB-SLIDE" THAT CAN HOUSE THE REFERENCED MATERIAL ON THE SLIDE?
THE "SUB-SLIDE" WOULD REMAIN HIDDEN UNLESS CLICKED ON TO SHOW THE REFERENCED
MATERIAL.

You would have to do this manually. Just create a slide and hide it. To hide
a slide, right-click it in the thumbnail pane and choose Hide Slide. Or do
the same in Slide Sorter View.

By the way, typing in all caps implies shouting, and I'm sure you don't mean
to shout at those who are here to help you.
