We have a contacts files that is stored in a public folder. How can I create
a shortcut to this file in the contacts area of Outlook. For example, when a
person clicks the Contacts button in Outlook, I would like there to be a
shortcut to the contact file that is stored in the public folder.

I know I can make a copy of the contact file stored in the public folder
into the Contacts area of Outlook but I would rather create a shortcut in
case the contact file stored on the public folder gets updated.

I am using Outlook 2007.

Drag the folder to the Public Folder Favorites folder and it will then
appear when you choose the Contacts view.
