I would like to set up a calendar under a share folder
that everyone in my office can access.

Please advice.

Thank you.

You need to be using Exchange Server. But, assuming you are, you simply
create a public folder of the calendar type.

I want to be able to use it all day and to have everyone
look at the new items and add new items as the day goes by.
It is to set a Share Calendar for everyone's use.

Thank you.

Sorry, I just got the meaning of your message. My first
posting was
HOW TO SHARE A FOLDER and the second was
HOW TO SHARE A CALENDAR
since I don't know how to do either one, I figure they
were separate questions.

But thanks for your reply, it makes my day so much
brighter.

Nevermind. The principle of sharing accross a network is quite the same no
matter what the folder contains. They are all folders just containing
different items.

Anyway, are you using Exchange? When you use public folders you can also
mail enable them so you can post messages to it by mailing to it. This can
be very handy for public calendars.

Have a bright day ;-)
