I am looking for a way to create a search folder for all my employees that gathers all mail older then 90 days and displays all items in there.

I know how to create the folder at my desktop however I want to this folder to exist immediately like the 3 default folders outlook 2003 creates

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for your time

Chad,

There's no way to "deploy" a Search Folder like you describe below. However,
if you search Outlook Help for "Back up or recreate a Search Folder" you
should get an Office Online Help topic that shows you how to use .oss files.
You can give users instructions on how to manually create a search folder
from the .oss file.

Hope this helps.

Chad,

You've got me confused. :-) In your previous post you said "I know how to

In any event, to create a dynamic search folder that is always displaying
items that are 90 days old:

1. Create a new custom search folder
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. For the Critieria select:

Field: Received
Condition: On
Value: Ninety days ago

4. Click Add to List

Hope this helps.

This is very useful information however there is no way for me to create a
custom search for items 90 days old, this is what I am in need of. Please
let me know how it would e possible to make that change to where I could
create a search folder and save it that would pick all mail 80 days OLD to
be displayed in that folder. This would be ideal.
