Creating a new report template in Outlook Business Contact Manage.

I can't find anywhere to create my own unique Business Report in Business
Contact Manager. It tells you how to modify a report by only
classifications. I'm looking for a design template to edit, can't find it.
 
Currently one can customize a BCM report by selecting the Titles (Company
name, Report Tilte, Header/footer etc.) to be displayed and filtering the
data using the 'Action-->Modify Report' menu option. The feature to design
one's own report templates is not available yet.
 
When will Microsoft fix this? As one who uses BCM wiht 20 Accounts each of
which has more than 100 Contacts, I really need to see the Titles of my
Contacts in reports like Accounts with Business Contacts and Business
Contacts Phone List.
