creating a new account

hi, i was lookin to create a new email address for my
company ie.. (e-mail address removed) , there are already
addresses from the older members of the company, and i
have to delete a few that have left. Would you have any
idea how to create an email address and then set up a
mailbox in outlook and delete or edit existing addresses,
it is all on a server aswell.
