Creating a Master Sheet

What's the best way to create a Master Sheet with Names and information
that can be duplicated to other sheets? The main problem I have is when
I add new names to the list. Any suggestions?
 
How about *not* duplicating the master? It's the only way I know of
absolutely, positively ensuring that a list remains current.

Have the other applications look it up as required.
