Creating a mandatory signature

We have a disclaimer statement I am trying to get added onto all email
messages either as a signature or through a policy. Does anyone know how this
can be done?
 
It is going to vary by the email product that you are using. These groups
are for the support of Windows Defender, and not email applications--so we
probably won't know this answer.
