Creating A Linked Folder?

Is there a way of creating a new folder that is linked to an old one so that
information saved in the old one is automatically linked to the new one? Also
is there a way of doing this so that if information is deleted from the old
folder it stays in the new folder?

SecondCopy Backup from www.centered.com will do exactly what you want.
