I'm having trouble creating a table that is linked to a Lotus Notes form using ODBC. I create the DSN file, then choose the database and form that I want. Then choose the primary key. Then Access bails out on me. i go back into Access and see the linked table, when I try to open it Access bails again.

Is this a known issue? Is there a solution? Maybe I'm creating the DSN file incorrectly. I checked Lotus.com for some help, but there about 90,000 posts. I was not able to find one to help. Also, we are using Access 97. Migrating to 2000 is not an option right now.

Any ideas??

Is your DSN a system DSN?
Also, ODBC is known to operate sporadic within Access. You may want to check
to see if Lotus Notes has a specific ODBC driver to use with Access.
