I'm wondering what would be the best layout for our company. We just got
our frame relay installed and configured, so now our three office are
connected. Each office currently has it's own domain (xyz.local,
general.local, generic.local) on their own servers (win 2000). Each
location has it own Exchange 2000 server also. My questions comes down to
the easiest way to administrator the domain(s) and what ways can I
centralize servers. I appreciate all comments. Thanks for any help that
you provide.

To give You a good advise about it will be good to have a little more
data about Your organization - is in each office separated IT
organistaion, do You want to preserve this offices separation?

Assuming that this is single company with one IT dept and you want to
have all of this resources in one domain I will sugest to:
- create new domain and migrate all three domains resources to this new
domain
- choose one of these three domains and migrate all other resources to
this domain
- create proper sites and subnets and assign servers to it.

I don't know what You want to do with Exchange e-mail adress space - to
use one of existing or all of the existing address spaces?

Migration of resources and exchange mailboxes can be done with ADMT and
Exchange mailbox migration wizard:
