I have an assignment to create a histogram chart using a 2
minute bin interval. I took a course on using the data
analysis took pak 2 years ago and don't have the slightest
idea how to begin. I put the "minutes" data (from 20 to
40) that are in cells B1-B202 in the input box.
I don't know what to put in the Bin RAnge box or the
Output Range box.
I looked at the helpful hints. For Input Range it says
enter the reference for the range of data you want to
analyze. I don't even know what the reference is or what
would be my cell reference for the Bin Range and I am
really at a loss for what the reference is for the Output
Range.

Please help!

Excel "bins" are the upper limit for each interval of the frequency
distribution for the histogram. So enter 20, 22, 24, ..., 40 in a column.
Those cells, e.g., C1:C11, are the Bin Range.

The cell reference for your Input Range is B1:B202.

The Output Range is the top left cell where the tool's output will appear,
e.g., E1.
