Creating a Front End?Back End

I am finally considering spliting my database.
I want to use the AutoeFE Front loader, or something simillar to it.
My question is as follows.
When I initially put a FrontEnd on each users PC & and then they begin to
create thier own Personal Reports, Querries etc.
Won't all those personal objects be lost when I implement an Updated
FrontEnd using the Auto Fe Updater?

Yep. Users have no business creating objects in your app anyway. Give them a
separate file for that.
