Creating a Form using Multiple Tables

I have 5 different tables that I want to relate/link by 2 different fields:
"Task Name" and "Form Number" and subsequently create forms. Each table has
the 2 fields "Task Name" and "Form Number" noted in them. I have created a
main form that is based on one of the tables and I want to be able to use
command buttons to connect the main form to the other four forms. I have
tried to use queries and macros but to no avail. Any ideas?

It would help us help you if you provided a bit more description of what
kinds of data you are storing in the tables.

Also, "to no avail" doesn't clarify much -- are you saying that you get
error messages? incorrect results? nothing at all?

For more specific suggestions, provide more specific descriptions.
