Creating a form for online submission

Is there a way to create a form, that can be filled in by
a visitor so that they can register for something, online.

I don't have Frontpage in front of me now (it's at home).
Is there a form toolbar that allows me to create a form.
If this is the option, I'm sure I can figure out how to
use it. I'm just wondering if this is even an option and
if perhaps a form is the tool I need to allow this to
happen. It doesn't involve any money.

I'd appreciate any suggestions tips or perhaps a site that
will explain some options.

Thanks.

Or File New Page and select the Forms Wizard

PS you will have to publish to your host running the FP SE (w/ Email transport enabled) for the form to work

Perfect ... thank you both for that. It's the answer I
was hoping for. Now that I know it can be done, I'll go
forth and create it.
Thanks again.
