Creating a Form for choosing parameters

I'm trying to create a form that would allow my Co-workers to run a query
after cherry picking some parameters. The problem is that if i leave any of
the parameters blank it returns no records. I'm thinking of a workaround for
this problem but I can't make it work. Does anyone have a solution that is
simple and neat for the user.

Once you have the form working, how does your query use the data on the
form?

You might need to modify your query selection criteria to something more
like (untested):
Is Null or Forms!YourForm!YourControl

Use this criteria statement ---
Like [Forms]![YourForm]![TextBox] & "*"
If you do not pick an item it will still pull the records.
