Creating a Distribution List from Excel Spreadsheet

I would like to create a student distribution list from an excel spreadsheet
using first and last names only (Office 2007). I would be using a global
address book to get email addresses. I have done this once b4 but can't for
the life of me remember how :) Thanks for the help!
