Alan has told you how to make a new directory, but why do you want to
make a folder in Temp? Temp directories should *never* be used for
storing anything. Make a folder outside of Temp for things you want to
save. If they are things you won't want to keep forever and you'd like
to flag them as such, perhaps making a new directory called "Pending"
would be better.
Yes, Malke's suggestion sounds sensible. Apart from anything
else, as I understand it, when you do a disk clean up procedure
Temporary files are usually offered for deletion by default.
What's wrong with the good old My Documents folder? Simple. As
Alan says, click on desktop to find it - then open it and click
"file", "new", "folder" then when it appears right-click it to
rename it whatever you like.
