Creating a Certification Test

I want to create a test using powerpoint.
When someone is taking the test I want it to be like a real test.
They will enter thier name and employee # or last 4 of SSN.
The test will give them the opportunity to answer each question and they can
not go back and change answers once the test has been scored. The test will
not tell them wether or not they answered wrong. It will simply have them
answer each question and then score the test in percentages. If possible if
it could have a certificate at the end with the percentage score and other
important information.

I know it is possible I just don't know how. Any help with this would be
very appreciated.

I have examples of a variety of tests in PowerPoint at my Web site:

I don't have anything specifically like what you have described, but
many of the elements of what you want are in many of my examples. Note
that doing something like this requires VBA.

I am not a fan of using PowerPoint like this. Its far to easy to simply
look at the presentation (or VBA code) while in edit mode.

Austin,
How easy is it to look at the VBA code when it is password protected
and saved as a .ppa? You want to copy and paste me privately some of
the code from any of the PPTools addins? I'd be interested if you can.
