I'm trying to upgrade from Beta 2 to build 5472. I've downloaded the files
and tried various ways to create an .iso DVD image. My problem is that the
DVD's I create do not seem to be 'bootable'.

What is a good program to use, to burn the DVD +R with the .iso image?

What do I need to do the make the resulting DVD bootable?

Thanks for any help! ~ jfc.

Personally i use Roxio easy CD and DVD creator and burn at a speed of X1 or
X2.5 (no Higher).

Everything needed to make the DVD bootable is included in the ISO file

Hi John,

It sounds to me like you are burning the ISO file to the DVD rather than
creating a DVD from the ISO image. Any of the halfway decent DVD burning
packages will do that - Roxio or DVD Creator and so on.

Good luck!

Do not do anything to the downloaded image but "burn image to disc." The
downloaded file is just an image of a bootable dvd. Just burn it.
