Created Form / No File Attachment Button

Hi All,

I've created a message form for some end users and just found out tat they
cannot attach files to the message. Why would this occur?

If you removed the large message control from the form, you also disabled
the ability to attach files.

I will have to check that. If so, can it be put back and hidden if not
needed?

No, it must be present and visible.
