I am attempting to add a Combo Box in a Word Document. How do I create the
list of choices?

From the Controls Toolbox?

You need a macro in the document to load the list - each and every time the
document is re-opened.

A form field dropdown is better, in this respect, but then the document must
be protected as a form.
