What are you trying to do exactly? By "smart label" I assume you want it to
be dynamic in some way. You would need to tell us what the various options
are if you want us to tell you how to build them.
 
I would like to create somtehing like mail merge in Word but using a report
in Access. I need to merge some records with the same structure.
Could you tell me how, please? Thank you.

So you have an unbound report.
You have to use the istruction that J suggested
