create Search folder for email to or from people in Contacts

Is there a way to create a search folder that shows all of the email
to and from people in my Contacts? (Not just the static list, but the
contact list as it changes)?

Also... Whenever I send an email it goes in the SENT folder. But I'd
rather it go into the "READ AND SENT" folder that I've created. Is
there a way to do that?

Create a rule that moves copies of sent messages to the "Read and Sent"
folder and disable the "Save sent itmes in the Sent Items folder" feature.
The problem you'll have, though, is that messages moved to folders via
outgoing rule are never and cannot be marked as read.
