I need to set a field as the Primary Key in a make table query, there is
only one field and there will not be any duplicates. Can I do this in the
query?
Regards

Dear Terry:

No, you cannot. Instead, create an empty table and create the Primary
Key and any other desirable indexes, then append the rows instead of
using a make table. When necessary, delete all the rows first before
appending to get the same effect.

Thanks Tom,
That was my 2nd choice, just wanted to make sure there was no SQL syntax to
do it.
