Create Outlook Message using Access 97 data

Is there a way to transfer data from Access 97 to Outlook 2000. I have a
report that has a break between customers. Each customer needs to be emailed
with their data. I'd like to automate this process, copying the data from
the report to an Outlook message - one per customer. The email addresses are
also stored in Access 97, can they be populated automatically. I'm sure this
requires expert coding, if there is a good resource out there for this
request, please let me know.
