Create new fields with columns in Access 2000 Reports

I am trying to add two columns in Access 2000 Reports. I have moved my
remarks column over to the right and its subordinate fields underneath it
don't follow. They just stay in place. HELP?

Have you tried moving each of the controls separately? When
the report is open in design view, all you have to do is
drag each control to where you want it.
