Create new email when OL2003 minimized

All,

I like that Outlook 2003 now hides itself when minimized. However, it would
be nice to be able to start a new email without maximizing Outlook and
clicking on the "New" button. Any clever ways of starting an email without
bringing Outlook to the foreground?

Create a shortcut using

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note

as its target.
